To help you to get all your local favourites, we’ve put together this ordering guide so you can order online and never miss out on the stuff you love from the farmers you trust.

- Bolton - Caledon: Wednesday only

How it works
- Ordering Schedule:
- For access to our full catalogue, place orders by 5 AM the day before delivery (e.g. order before 5 AM Monday for Tuesday delivery)
- We pick up from the farms the day before your delivery: it's like a farmer's market-to-your-door!
- Next day delivery is available for all the items we have in inventory. Deadline for next day orders is 6pm the day before delivery.
- Our ordering site opens on Fridays for the following week's delivery dates.
- No Order Minimums: Delivery service charges are proportional to your delivery area and order size to give you the most ordering flexibility and ensure we are covering the cost of delivery. You can view the delivery service fees for your area at: https://100kmfoods.com/
service-fee-rate-chart - Pick ups available at our warehouse: let us know if you would prefer to have Pang pick up your orders, you'd save on any delivery service fees and of course, no minimums for pickups.
Substitutions
If we are short a product on your order and have a potential substitution available to send, we will always reach out for confirmation that you are satisfied with the substitution before finalizing.
OTHER HELPFUL TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN ORDERING
SPECIAL ORDER DEADLINE FOR KOLAPORE SPRINGS
Due to Kolapore's delivery schedule of fresh product to our warehouse, if you are looking to feature Kolapore Springs Ocean Wise Recommended fish on your menu, orders must be submitted by Monday for Thursday or Friday delivery.
SOME PRODUCTS REQUIRE LEAD TIME FOR ORDERING
Please note that some of our suppliers require advance notice of orders ( for example: Ying Ying Tofu, Kozlik's Mustards, Best Baa Feta). As a result, there are some SKUs that may display as "Temporarily Out of Stock" on Sundays and Wednesdays.
